Entry-level Waiter/Waitress in St. Petersburg

We are searching for enthusiastic and hardworking individuals to join our team as entry-level waiters/waitresses in St. Petersburg, Russia. As a waiter/waitress, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, taking orders, serving food and drinks, and maintaining a clean and organized environment.

Requirements:
- Fluency in English and Malayalam
- A positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- High school diploma or equivalent (12 pass)
- Previous experience is not required but is considered a plus

Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and take their orders
- Provide menu recommendations and answer any questions about the food or drinks
- Accurately enter orders into the system and communicate them to the kitchen staff
- Serve food and drinks in a timely manner
- Ensure customer satisfaction by checking on them regularly and addressing any issues that may arise
- Handle cash transactions and process payments accurately
- Maintain a clean and organized dining area, including resetting tables for new customers
- Follow all safety and sanitation procedures
