Sales Manager - Herzliya, Kenya

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team in Herzliya, Kenya. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth by developing and implementing effective sales strategies, managing a team of sales representatives, and maintaining strong relationships with clients. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1500$, with accommodation provided and visa sponsorship available.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet company targets
- Manage a team of sales representatives, providing guidance, training, and support as needed
- Identify new business opportunities and build relationships with potential clients
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify potential opportunities or threats
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management review

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience in sales management or relevant role
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Fluent in English (Hebrew/Kenyan languages is a plus)
- Must be willing to relocate to Herzliya, Kenya
