Position Overview:
We are seeking a friendly, customer-oriented Concierge to join our luxury hotel in Acre, Israel. As a Concierge, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests and ensuring their stay is comfortable and memorable.

Key Responsibilities:
- Greet guests upon arrival and provide them with a warm welcome
- Assist guests with check-in/check-out procedures and handle any inquiries or requests
- Provide information about local attractions, restaurants, transportation options, and other services as requested by guests
- Make reservations for dining, tours, transportation, and other activities as requested by guests
- Handle guest complaints efficiently and escalate to management when necessary
- Maintain a neat and organized front desk area at all times
- Coordinate with other hotel departments to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction
- Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately in accordance with hotel policies

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; hospitality or tourism degree is a plus
- Previous experience in a customer service role preferred
- Fluent in English; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask efficiently
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Willingness to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
