Indian Concierge in Acre

We are currently hiring a dedicated and customer-oriented Indian Concierge to join our team in Acre. As a concierge, you will be responsible for providing exceptional services to our guests, including making reservations, arranging transportation, organizing events and activities, and addressing any concerns or requests they may have. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a friendly demeanor, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. This is a temporary position with the possibility of extension for the right candidate. English language skills are not required but will be considered an asset. Candidates must have their own valid visa for working in Acre.

Responsibilities:
- Greet guests upon arrival and provide them with information about the hotel and local area
- Make reservations for guests at restaurants, events, or other desired activities
- Arrange transportation for guests as needed
- Handle guest complaints or requests promptly and professionally
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of local attractions and events to assist guests with planning their stay
- Coordinate with other hotel staff to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction
- Keep accurate records of guest interactions and transactions

Requirements:
- Previous experience in hospitality or customer service preferred
- Excellent communication skills in English (not required but considered an asset)
- Friendly demeanor with a strong customer service orientation
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with Acre's local attractions, restaurants, and events preferred

- Must have own valid visa for working in Acre

Salary: 1700$ per month
