IT Support Specialist

As an IT Support Specialist, you will provide technical support and assistance to our clients, ensuring their computer systems and networks are running smoothly. You will be responsible for troubleshooting hardware and software issues, installing and configuring new systems, and providing training to users.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Minimum of 2 years experience in IT support role
- Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networking systems
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Ability to communicate technical information effectively with non-technical clients
- Fluency in English (proficiency in other languages is a plus)
- Availability for contract work

Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues reported by clients
- Install and configure new computer systems and software programs
- Provide training to users on how to use various systems and programs
- Maintain accurate records of all support activities
- Communicate technical information in a clear and concise manner to non-technical clients
- Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and advancements
