Heavy Equipment Operator - Vilnius, Lithuania

We are hiring a Heavy Equipment Operator to join our team in Vilnius, Lithuania. As a Heavy Equipment Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining various types of heavy equipment such as bulldozers, excavators, and cranes. Your main duties will include operating equipment to move materials and perform tasks according to project specifications, conducting routine maintenance checks on equipment, and ensuring safety protocols are followed at all times.

To be successful in this role, you should have experience operating heavy equipment and a valid driver's license. You should also have strong mechanical skills and the ability to troubleshoot and make minor repairs. Basic knowledge of construction techniques and materials is preferred.

This is a full-time position with a salary of 1600$ per month. Visa sponsorship is available for non-Lithuanian candidates. English language proficiency is not required for this position.

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a heavy equipment operator
- Valid driver's license
- Strong mechanical skills
- Ability to troubleshoot and make minor repairs
- Basic knowledge of construction techniques and materials (preferred)
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Physically fit and able to work in all weather conditions

Responsibilities:
- Operate heavy equipment safely and efficiently according to project specifications
- Conduct routine maintenance checks on equipment before use
- Ensure all safety protocols are followed at all times
- Move materials using heavy equipment as needed for construction projects
- Communicate with team members regarding project progress and any issues that arise
- Perform basic repairs on equipment when needed
- Keep accurate records of daily activities, including hours worked, materials used, etc.
