We are seeking a skilled Heavy Equipment Operator to join our construction team in Vilnius, Lithuania. As a Heavy Equipment Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining various types of heavy equipment used in construction projects. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1500$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Operate heavy equipment such as excavators, bulldozers, loaders, and cranes according to project specifications
- Conduct routine maintenance and repairs on equipment to ensure safe and efficient operation
- Follow safety procedures and regulations while operating equipment on job sites
- Communicate with other team members to coordinate tasks and ensure project deadlines are met
- Inspect equipment before and after use to identify any potential issues or damage
- Keep accurate records of daily operations, including fuel usage and maintenance logs

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Heavy Equipment Operator in the construction industry
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and project plans
- Excellent hand-eye coordination and physical dexterity
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions closely
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions

Preferred qualifications:
- Certification or training in heavy equipment operation
- Experience operating multiple types of heavy equipment
- Knowledge of basic maintenance techniques for heavy equipment
- Experience working on large-scale construction projects
