Junior Architectural Technologist

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Junior Architectural Technologist to join our team in Acre. This is a contract position suitable for someone without prior experience in the field. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to gain valuable hands-on experience and develop their skills in a supportive and collaborative environment.

Responsibilities:
- Assist senior technologists in drafting and creating architectural drawings using AutoCAD or other design software
- Conduct site visits and assist with site measurements and surveys
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other construction professionals to ensure project accuracy
- Prepare detailed construction documents including floor plans, elevations, sections, and details
- Research building codes and regulations to ensure compliance with local laws
- Communicate effectively with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders throughout the design process

Requirements:
- Degree or diploma in Architectural Technology or related field
- Proficiency in AutoCAD or other design software
- Strong attention to detail and ability to produce accurate technical drawings
- Knowledge of building codes and regulations is an asset
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
