We are hiring a skilled Baker to join our team in Ar-Ruwais! As a Baker, you will be responsible for creating and preparing various baked goods such as bread, cakes, pastries, and desserts. You should have experience in all aspects of baking including mixing ingredients, shaping dough, decorating finished products, and maintaining clean work areas.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare a variety of baked goods according to established recipes and standards
- Measure and mix ingredients to ensure consistency and quality
- Shape dough into desired forms before baking
- Monitor oven temperatures and adjust accordingly for optimal baking results
- Decorate finished products with toppings or fillings as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized work area at all times
- Adhere to food safety regulations and guidelines
- Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Baker or similar role (at least 2 years)
- Strong knowledge of different types of flour, yeast, sugar, etc.
- Ability to follow recipes accurately and precisely
- Creativity in decorating baked goods
- Basic math skills for measuring ingredients
- Good communication skills (English proficiency preferred)
- Physically able to stand for long periods of time and lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs)
- Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
