Land Surveyor

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Indian Land Surveyor to join our team in Riyadh. As a Land Surveyor, you will be responsible for conducting surveys to determine property boundaries, creating maps and reports, and providing accurate data for construction and development projects.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct land surveys using various tools and techniques such as GPS, total station, and levels
- Identify property boundaries, locations of buildings, roads, and other features on the land
- Create detailed maps and reports based on survey data
- Collaborate with engineers, architects, and construction teams to provide accurate data for project planning and development
- Keep accurate records of survey data for future reference
- Maintain and calibrate surveying equipment regularly

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Surveying or related field
- Proven experience as a Land Surveyor
- Proficiency in using various surveying tools such as GPS, total station, levels
- Strong understanding of land measurement methods
- Good communication skills in English
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Salary: 1200$ per month (with accommodation)
Location: Riyadh (Preference for Indian candidates)
