Job Title: Heavy Equipment Operator - Herzliya, Israel


We are seeking experienced Heavy Equipment Operators to join our dynamic team in Herzliya, Israel. As an Equipment Operator, you will be responsible for operating various heavy construction equipment such as bulldozers, excavators, and loaders to perform tasks such as digging, grading, and leveling land surfaces.

Responsibilities:
- Operate heavy equipment in a safe and efficient manner according to job site and project requirements
- Perform pre-operation checks on equipment and report any maintenance or repair needs
- Safely load and unload materials using the equipment
- Ensure proper care and storage of equipment when not in use
- Follow all safety protocols and company policies at all times
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors regarding project progress

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience operating heavy construction equipment
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to read and interpret project plans, blueprints, and instructions
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
- Physically fit to handle the demands of the job including standing, bending, lifting up to 50 pounds, etc.
- Biometric passport (preferred)
- Nationality: Egyptian or Filipino (preferred)
- No English language skills required (basic Hebrew is a plus)
- Must be able to work without accommodation on weekdays and weekends as needed.
