Facade Technician

The city of Clairvaux is seeking a skilled Facade Technician to join our team. As a Facade Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing building facades throughout the city. This is a part-time position with a salary of $1500 per month.

Responsibilities:
- Inspect building facades for any damage or deterioration.
- Perform repairs on damaged facades using appropriate materials and techniques.
- Install new facade materials as needed.
- Clean and maintain existing facades to ensure they are in good condition.
- Work with other members of the maintenance team to coordinate facade repair projects.
- Keep accurate records of all work performed.

Requirements:
- Previous experience working with building facades, preferably in a maintenance or repair role.
- Knowledge of different facade materials and their properties.
- Ability to use various tools and equipment for repairs and installations.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to identify potential issues with facades.
- Physically fit and able to perform manual labor as needed.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team.

Preferences:
