Responsibilities:
- Fabricate and repair metal products using various tools and techniques such as welding, cutting, and shaping
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine project requirements
- Ensure all work meets safety standards and quality control guidelines
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure projects are completed efficiently
- Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition

Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a metal worker
- Fluent in English with excellent communication skills
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications
- Knowledge of various metalworking techniques such as welding, cutting, and shaping
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately
- Must be able to work independently or as part of a team

Preferred:
- Experience working with Malayalee clients or within the Malayalee community
- Familiarity with different types of metals including steel, aluminum, and copper
- Previous experience working with accommodation provided by the company
