We are seeking an enthusiastic and hard-working individual to join our team as an Entry-Level Barista in Herzliya, Israel. As a Barista, you will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of coffee-based drinks and other beverages to our customers. This is a seasonal job opportunity, perfect for those looking to gain experience in the hospitality industry.

Responsibilities:

- Greet customers and take their orders
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee-based drinks such as espresso, cappuccino, and latte
- Ensure quality of products by following proper recipe and presentation standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work area
- Handle cash transactions using a POS system
- Upsell additional items to customers at the point of sale
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing any concerns or inquiries promptly

Requirements:

- Must be able to communicate effectively in English
- Previous experience as a Barista is preferred but not required
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks at once
- Attention to detail and ability to follow recipes accurately
- Must have valid biometric passport for employment eligibility
