Welder (Indian Nationals)


We are seeking a skilled Welder to join our team in Khasab, Oman. As a Welder, you will be responsible for operating welding equipment to join metal components or fill holes, indentations, or seams of fabricated metal products. You must have a minimum of 2 years of experience in welding and be knowledgeable in various welding techniques and equipment. A strong attention to detail and safety is essential in this role.

Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret blueprints or engineering plans to determine the layout and specifications for welding projects
- Set up and operate welding equipment according to specific techniques and procedures
- Clean, maintain, and repair all equipment used for welding
- Monitor the quality of welded joints to ensure they meet company standards
- Inspect materials for defects or imperfections before beginning the welding process
- Follow safety protocols at all times to prevent accidents or injuries

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Welder
- Knowledgeable in various welding techniques such as MIG, TIG, and ARC
- Familiarity with different types of metal and their properties
- Ability to read blueprints and engineering plans accurately
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Valid work visa for Oman (own visa preferred)
- Physical stamina and strength to perform manual labor tasks
- Good communication skills (English not required)

Salary:
The salary for this position is $1800 per month.

Location:
This is a contract job located in Khasab, Oman. Accommodation will not be provided.
