Job Title: Architectural Technologist

We are currently hiring an Architectural Technologist to join our team in Herzliya. As an Architectural Technologist, you will be responsible for assisting in the design, planning, and construction of architectural projects. Your main duties will include conducting site visits, creating detailed drawings and plans, and collaborating with architects and engineers.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct site visits to gather information and measurements
- Produce detailed drawings and plans using CAD software
- Collaborate with architects and engineers to develop designs
- Research building codes and regulations to ensure designs comply with standards
- Prepare construction documents, including specifications and cost estimates
- Assist in project management tasks such as scheduling and budgeting
- Communicate with clients to understand their needs and provide updates on project progress

Requirements:
- Degree or diploma in architectural technology or related field
- Strong proficiency in CAD software
- Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and construction processes
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Attention to detail and ability to produce accurate work under tight deadlines

Salary:
1600$ per month (negotiable based on experience)

Herzliya, Israel (open to all Malayalees)
