Office Assistant (Nepali-speaking)
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Assistant to join our team in Balzers. As an Office Assistant, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining office operations, assisting with administrative tasks, and providing support to our team. This is an English-speaking position and we are specifically looking for a Nepali national.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain office operations, including answering phones, responding to emails, and organizing paperwork
- Assist with data entry and maintaining databases
- Schedule appointments and meetings for team members
- Prepare documents, reports, and presentations as needed
- Provide general administrative support to team members
- Order office supplies and ensure inventory is stocked
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or certification in office administration is a plus
- Fluent in English and Nepali (written and verbal)
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all work tasks
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Previous experience in an office assistant or administrative role preferred
Salary:
$1600 per month

Balzers, Liechtenstein (no accommodation provided)
