Executive Chef for Filipino Cuisine in Beer-Sheva
We are seeking an experienced and creative Executive Chef with a passion for Filipino cuisine to join our team in Beer-Sheva. As an Executive Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing the kitchen operations, developing and executing menu items, and ensuring the highest quality of food and service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain a menu that reflects the authentic flavors of Filipino cuisine while incorporating local ingredients.
- Train and manage kitchen staff, ensuring all recipes are followed accurately and consistently.
- Monitor food quality, presentation, and portion sizes to maintain high standards.
- Oversee inventory management, ordering supplies, and controlling costs.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years experience as an Executive Chef, preferably with experience in Filipino cuisine.
- Strong knowledge of Filipino culinary techniques, ingredients, and flavor profiles.
- Ability to lead kitchen staff effectively and maintain a positive work environment.
- Attention to detail with excellent time management skills.
- Excellent communication skills in English (knowledge of Hebrew is a plus).
- Valid work permit or visa sponsorship available.
