Sales Manager for African Market in Sharjah with Accommodation

The main responsibility of this role is to drive sales growth and build strong relationships with clients in Africa.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and market share in the African market.
- Identify potential clients, build new business opportunities, and maintain existing client relationships.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to identify opportunities for growth.
- Train, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve targets and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with other departments such as marketing, logistics, and finance to ensure smooth operations.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or relevant field.
- Minimum of 5 years experience in sales management, preferably in the African market.

- Ability to travel frequently within Africa.
