Senior Architect - Herzliya, Israel


We are a leading architectural firm in Herzliya, Israel seeking a talented and experienced Senior Architect to join our team. Our company specializes in innovative and sustainable design solutions for a diverse range of projects. We are looking for a highly skilled individual with strong leadership abilities, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional design results.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee the design process from concept to completion, ensuring that all deliverables meet project requirements and deadlines
- Lead and mentor junior architects and drafters to ensure high-quality work is produced
- Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to understand project needs and develop creative design solutions
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure that designs are implemented accurately
- Review and approve all construction documents, ensuring they comply with building codes and regulations
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends, new technologies, and materials to incorporate into designs

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in architectural design, preferably in commercial or residential projects
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and other relevant software
- Strong understanding of building codes, regulations, construction methods, materials, and sustainability principles
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Exceptional communication skills (both verbal & written) with fluency in English (knowledge of Malayalam is an advantage)
