Senior Architect

We are an architecture firm based in Siauliai, seeking a Senior Architect to join our team. As a Senior Architect, you will be responsible for leading and managing architectural projects from concept to completion. You will work closely with clients, contractors, and other team members to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet the highest quality standards.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture
- At least 5 years of experience in architectural design and project management
- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other relevant software
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with a team
- Proven track record of successfully completing projects on time and within budget
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills

Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage architectural projects from concept through construction documentation
- Develop design concepts that meet client requirements and align with project goals
- Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and other team members to ensure project success
- Review drawings and other documents for accuracy and compliance with building codes
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that may arise during construction
- Prepare presentations for clients to communicate design concepts effectively
- Mentor junior architects and provide guidance on technical aspects of projects

Salary: We offer a competitive salary of $1600 per month.
