IT Support Specialist



We are a multinational company based in Dickirch and we are seeking an experienced IT Support Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills and be able to provide excellent customer service to our employees.

As an IT Support Specialist, you will be responsible for troubleshooting technical issues, configuring hardware and software, and providing technical support to our employees. You will also be responsible for maintaining our network and ensuring that all systems are running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

- Troubleshoot technical issues reported by employees via phone, email, or in person
- Configure and install hardware and software for new employees
- Provide training and assistance to employees on how to use various systems and software
- Maintain network infrastructure, including servers, routers, switches, and firewalls
- Monitor system performance and make necessary updates or repairs
- Collaborate with other team members to solve complex technical problems
- Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and advancements
- Document all support activities and solutions in a timely manner

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred
- Minimum of 2 years experience working in a similar role as an IT Support Specialist
- Strong knowledge of computer systems, networking, and hardware/software troubleshooting
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical individuals
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Proven track record of providing excellent customer service

We offer a competitive salary of 1700$ per month along with accommodation for our foreign employees. We also require all candidates to have a biometric passport for ease of travel.
