Computer Support Specialist

Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to clients via phone, email, or in person
- Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software issues
- Install and configure computer systems, networks, printers, and other peripherals
- Perform regular maintenance and updates on computer systems
- Train clients on how to use computer systems effectively
- Maintain accurate records of all support activities
- Collaborate with other IT team members to resolve complex issues

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Proven work experience as a Computer Support Specialist or similar role
- In-depth knowledge of Windows and Mac operating systems
- Familiarity with network protocols and troubleshooting techniques
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1400$ per month, with opportunities for growth and advancement within the company.

Location:
This position is based in Dickirch, Luxembourg. However, we welcome applicants from all backgrounds who are willing to relocate.
