Hotel Manager

Our luxury hotel in Al-Rayyan is seeking a highly experienced and dedicated Hotel Manager to oversee all aspects of our operations. As the Hotel Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional guest experiences, managing staff, maintaining high standards of service and cleanliness, and maximizing revenue.

Responsibilities:
- Manage daily operations of the hotel, including front desk, housekeeping, food and beverage, and other departments
- Hire, train, schedule and manage staff to ensure efficient and effective operation
- Monitor guest satisfaction through reviews and feedback and take corrective action when necessary
- Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue and profitability
- Oversee budgeting, financial planning, and cost control measures
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and sanitation regulations
- Collaborate with marketing team to promote the hotel’s brand and attract guests
- Maintain high standards of service excellence by providing ongoing training and support to staff

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Hotel Manager or similar role in a luxury hotel environment
- Excellent communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus)
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate a diverse team
- Knowledge of hotel management software (such as Opera) is preferred
- Familiarity with financial planning and budgeting processes
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays as needed

Salary: $1100 per month

Location: Al-Rayyan (free visa provided)

This is a full-time position open to Kenyan candidates who are fluent in English. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in managing a luxury hotel operation with strong leadership skills.
