Office Manager
We are currently hiring for the position of Office Manager in our company located in Jerusalem. This role is perfect for someone who has experience in office management and is looking for a stable and fulfilling job.
As an Office Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our office and ensuring that everything runs smoothly. You will be in charge of managing administrative tasks, organizing schedules, maintaining records and files, coordinating with other departments, and supervising office staff.
The ideal candidate for this position is someone who has excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively. You should also have strong communication skills and be able to work well under pressure.
Salary:
We are offering a salary of $1400 per month for this role.

Qualifications:
- Must be a Nepali national
- Previous experience in office management
- Ability to communicate effectively in English (Hebrew language skills are a plus)
- Proficient in MS Office
- Strong organizational skills
- Attention to detail
- Ability to multitask
- Experience with administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, managing records, etc.
- Knowledge of basic accounting principles (preferred)
- Must have valid visa or ability to obtain one
- Willingness to relocate to Jerusalem
