Office Assistant
We are seeking an experienced Office Assistant to join our team in Herzliya. As an Office Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the office and ensuring its smooth operation. This is a part-time position with a salary of $900 per month.
Responsibilities:
- Manage office supplies and equipment, including ordering and maintaining inventory.
- Greet visitors and answer phone calls in a friendly and professional manner.
- Assist with scheduling appointments and managing calendars.
- Prepare documents, reports, and presentations as needed.
- Organize and maintain physical and electronic files.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
- Perform other administrative tasks as assigned.
Requirements:
- Fluent in English (spoken and written).
- Previous experience as an office assistant or in a similar role.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Must be detail-oriented, reliable, and able to work independently.
