Hotel Sales Manager (Vilnius, Lithuania)



Our hotel in Vilnius is seeking a motivated and experienced Hotel Sales Manager to join our team. As the Hotel Sales Manager, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our hotel's services to potential clients and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and occupancy rates
- Identify potential clients and actively promote the hotel's services through various channels
- Conduct sales presentations and negotiations with potential clients
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction
- Prepare reports on sales performance and market trends

Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Strong knowledge of local market trends and competitors in the hospitality industry
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Fluent in English, additional languages are a plus

Salary: $1500 per month (plus commission)
