Job Title: Sales Manager - Doha, Qatar (English Speaking)
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team in Doha, Qatar. As a sales manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the sales team and driving business growth in the English-speaking market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company goals
- Manage and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed targets
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the English-speaking market
- Build strong relationships with clients and maintain existing accounts
- Conduct market research and stay updated on industry trends
- Provide timely reports on sales performance and forecast future trends
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Proven track record of success in a sales management role
- Fluent in English with excellent communication skills
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
