Administrator for Indian Nationals in Ar Rumaythiyah
Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrator with experience in administrative tasks to join our team in Ar Rumaythiyah. This full-time job is suitable for Indian nationals who are proficient in English and have experience in administrative roles. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work independently, and have a strong understanding of office procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform general administrative tasks such as answering phones, responding to emails, and managing calendars
- Organize and maintain files and records
- Assist with bookkeeping tasks such as invoicing and processing payments
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely completion of tasks
- Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence as needed
- Assist with visa sponsorship for employees if necessary
Qualifications:
- Must be an Indian national fluent in English (Arabic language skills are a plus)
- Previous experience in an administrative role is required
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Attention to detail and accuracy is crucial
- Experience with bookkeeping or accounting is preferred
