Project Manager


We are seeking an organized and proactive Project Manager to oversee and manage various projects in our company. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of professionals to ensure successful project completion within the given timeframe and budget. This position is based in Ashdod and is open to candidates from all nationalities.

Responsibilities:
- Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets
- Assign tasks and responsibilities to team members
- Monitor project progress and identify potential risks or issues
- Communicate with stakeholders to provide project updates and gather feedback
- Manage project resources, including budget, materials, and personnel
- Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards
- Conduct regular team meetings to review progress and address any concerns
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth project execution
- Prepare reports on project status, budget, and any other relevant metrics

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field
- Proven experience as a Project Manager or similar role
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team towards a common goal
- Excellent time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Knowledge of project management tools and techniques, such as Agile or Scrum
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Experience in managing budgets and resources
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
