We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Pastry Chef to join our team in Riyadh. As a Pastry Chef, you will be responsible for creating delicious and visually appealing pastries and desserts for our restaurant. Your role will involve preparing, baking, decorating, and presenting a variety of desserts including cakes, pastries, tarts, and other confections. You must have a passion for pastry-making and be able to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare high-quality pastries and desserts according to our recipes
- Decorate and present pastries in an attractive manner
- Ensure all ingredients are properly stored and used within expiry dates
- Oversee the daily operations of the pastry kitchen
- Train and supervise junior pastry chefs as needed
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the kitchen at all times
- Collaborate with other chefs to create new menu items and specials
- Manage inventory of supplies and place orders when necessary
- Adhere to food safety standards at all times

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Pastry Chef or similar role
- Excellent knowledge of different types of pastry-making techniques, ingredients, and equipment
- Creativity in designing visually appealing desserts
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of quality
and consistency
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to train and supervise staff
- Good time management skills
- Attention to detail
- Fluent in English (knowledge of Arabic is an advantage)
Salary: 1300$ per month
