Assistant Baker


We are currently seeking a skilled and passionate Assistant Baker to join our team in Nairobi. As an Indian bakery, we specialize in traditional baked goods and are looking for someone with a strong understanding of Indian baking techniques and flavors.

Salary:
1400$ per month, negotiable based on experience.

Requirements:
- Must be of Indian nationality.
- No English language skills required.
- Previous baking experience is not necessary, but a passion for baking is a must.
- Must be able to work without accommodation provided.
- Visa sponsorship available for the right candidate.

Responsibilities:
- Assist the Head Baker in all aspects of the baking process, including mixing, shaping, and baking.
- Follow recipes and techniques accurately to ensure consistent quality of products.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment at all times.
- Communicate effectively with team members and take direction from the Head Baker.
- Help with inventory management and ordering supplies when needed.
