Sales Manager for an Indian Retail Company in Jizan, Saudi Arabia
We are hiring a Sales Manager for our Indian retail company located in Jizan, Saudi Arabia. As the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for managing all sales activities and ensuring the achievement of sales targets. You will also be responsible for developing and implementing effective sales strategies to increase revenue and market share.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company sales targets
- Manage a team of sales representatives and provide guidance, training, and motivation
- Build strong relationships with clients and ensure customer satisfaction
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new business opportunities
- Prepare and present sales reports to management on a regular basis
- Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and other promotional events to promote the company's products
- Collaborate with other departments such as marketing, operations, and finance to ensure smooth functioning of the business
Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a Sales Manager or similar role in the retail industry
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team
- Strong understanding of sales principles and techniques
- Ability to develop effective sales strategies based on market trends
- Excellent communication skills with fluency in English
- Knowledge of Indian retail market is preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
We offer a competitive salary package of 1400$ per month without accommodation. Candidates with their own visa are preferred.
