Junior Barista - Muharraq, Bahrain

Our busy coffee shop in Muharraq is seeking a Junior Barista to join our team. As a Junior Barista, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and creating high-quality coffee and other beverages for our customers.

Responsibilities:
- Greet customers with a warm and friendly attitude
- Take customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Prepare hot and cold beverages according to our menu and customer preferences
- Ensure quality control by following standard recipes and procedures
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked work area
- Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records
- Assist with inventory management and restocking supplies as needed
- Follow all food safety regulations to ensure a safe working environment

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent education preferred
- Previous experience in a similar role is an asset but not required - we are willing to train the right candidate!
- Passion for coffee, tea, and other beverages
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays if needed

We offer competitive salary of 1700$ per month with visa sponsorship for the right candidate.
