Baker for Malayalees in Riyadh


We are in need of a skilled and experienced Baker to join our team of Malayalee bakers in Riyadh. As a Baker, you will be responsible for preparing a variety of baked goods, including breads, pastries, and cakes, according to traditional Malayalee recipes and techniques.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and bake a wide range of Malayalee breads, pastries, and cakes
- Follow traditional Malayalee recipes and techniques to ensure authenticity
- Monitor production to maintain quality standards
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Order supplies and ingredients as needed
- Train new employees on baking techniques and recipes
- Collaborate with other bakers to develop new menu items

Requirements:
- Must be a native speaker or fluent in Malayalam language
- Previous experience as a Baker in a professional kitchen or bakery
- Knowledge of traditional Malayalee baking techniques and recipes
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Physically fit and able to stand for long periods of time
- Attention to detail and ability to follow recipes accurately

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1500$ per month.

Location:
This position is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
