We are searching for a highly skilled and creative Executive Chef to join our team at a luxury resort in Salalah, Oman. As the Executive Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the kitchen and culinary operations, ensuring exceptional food quality and guest satisfaction. You will also manage a team of chefs and kitchen staff, creating a positive and productive work environment.

Responsibilities:
- Develop menus and create new dishes that align with the resort's concept and standards
- Conduct regular inventory checks to maintain food cost control
- Train, mentor, and motivate kitchen staff to ensure high-quality food production
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations in the kitchen
- Oversee purchasing of food supplies and equipment within budget constraints
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen at all times
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and excellent guest experiences

Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience as an Executive Chef in a luxury hotel or resort setting
- Extensive knowledge of various cuisines, cooking techniques, and current food trends
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a diverse team
- Excellent communication skills in English; knowledge of Malayalam is preferred but not required
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of quality
