Merchandiser - Al-Malikiyah, Syria



We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Merchandiser to join our team in Al-Malikiyah, Syria. As a Merchandiser, you will be responsible for planning and implementing product displays in retail stores, ensuring our products are visually appealing and effectively marketed to customers.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to create effective product displays and promotional strategies.
- Visit assigned retail stores on a regular basis to ensure product placement and displays are executed according to company standards.
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate with sales team to ensure sufficient stock is available in stores.
- Negotiate shelf space and placement with store managers to maximize visibility of our products.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and consumer preferences, making recommendations for new product development or changes in current offerings.
- Train store employees on proper merchandising techniques and brand messaging.
- Report on sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities.

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Merchandiser or in a related role.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Detail-oriented with a strong eye for visual presentation.
- Flexibility to travel within assigned territory.

Salary:
The salary for this position is 1600$, dependent on experience.

Location:
This is a full-time position based in Al-Malikiyah, Syria. Accommodation will be provided for the successful candidate if needed.
