We are in search of a skilled Heavy Equipment Operator to join our team in Siauliai, Lithuania. As a Heavy Equipment Operator, you will be responsible for operating various types of heavy equipment such as bulldozers, excavators, and loaders. Your primary duty will be to safely and efficiently operate the equipment to perform tasks such as digging, loading, and hauling materials.

Responsibilities:
- Operate heavy equipment in a safe and efficient manner
- Perform routine maintenance on equipment to ensure proper functioning
- Follow safety protocols and regulations at all times
- Complete assigned tasks within given timeframes
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors
- Report any issues or malfunctions with equipment

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Heavy Equipment Operator
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to operate various heavy equipment including bulldozers, excavators, and loaders
- Basic knowledge of construction techniques and materials
- Physical stamina to work in various weather conditions and lift heavy objects

Salary: 1200$
Location: Siauliai, Lithuania (accommodation may be provided for foreign employees)
Language Requirement: English proficiency preferred but not required
