Arabic-Speaking Moderator



We are seeking a professional and experienced Arabic-speaking Moderator to join our team in Vilnius, Lithuania. As a Moderator, you will be responsible for monitoring and managing user-generated content on our online platform, ensuring that all content meets our community standards and guidelines. This is an English-speaking job opportunity that is suitable for men from Egypt.

Responsibilities:

- Monitor user-generated content on our online platform to ensure compliance with community standards and guidelines
- Respond to user inquiries and requests in a timely and professional manner
- Review reported content and take appropriate action according to company policies
- Identify trends, issues, and concerns within the community and report them to the appropriate department
- Collaborate with other moderators to develop strategies for maintaining a positive online community
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and changes in community guidelines

Requirements:

- Fluent in both Arabic and English (written and spoken)
- Previous experience as a moderator or in a similar role is preferred
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and their functions
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure
- Good problem-solving skills with the ability to handle difficult situations effectively
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Flexible schedule with availability to work evenings/weekends if needed
