Nepali Moderator - Contract Position in Vilnius


We have an urgent need for a Nepali Moderator to join our team in Vilnius on a contract basis. As a Moderator, you will be responsible for reviewing and moderating user-generated content for our online platform. This includes enforcing community guidelines, responding to user inquiries, and ensuring a positive user experience.

Responsibilities:
- Review and moderate user-generated content to ensure it adheres to community guidelines
- Respond to user inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Work closely with the team to maintain a positive online community and address any issues that may arise
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices for content moderation

Requirements:
- Native or near-native proficiency in Nepali language
- Basic understanding of English language is preferred
- Strong communication skills and ability to handle difficult situations with professionalism and empathy
- Attention to detail and ability to follow guidelines accurately
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- No previous experience required, but experience in customer service or moderating is a plus

Salary:
This is a contract position with a salary of 1800$ per month.

Location:
This job is based in Vilnius, Lithuania. However, due to the current COVID-19 situation, the role will be remote until further notice.
