Senior JAVA Developer



We are in search of a highly skilled Senior JAVA Developer to join our team in Svalbard. As the Senior JAVA Developer, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining high-quality software solutions that meet our clients' needs. You will work closely with our team of developers and engineers to design, develop, and implement cutting-edge applications.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain software solutions using JAVA technologies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement applications
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code
- Troubleshoot and debug issues in a timely manner
- Conduct code reviews and provide feedback to team members
- Stay updated on new technologies and industry trends to continuously improve the software development process

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Proven experience as a JAVA Developer (at least 3 years)
- Strong understanding of object-oriented programming principles
- Proficient in JAVA programming language and related frameworks (Spring, Hibernate)
- Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum)
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Good understanding of database design and SQL
- Familiarity with front-end development tools such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript is a plus

Salary:
This is a full-time position with a competitive salary of 1700$ per month.

Location:
This position is located in Svalbard. Relocation assistance is not provided; therefore applicants must have valid visa status for working in Svalbard.
