Junior AI Deep Learning Engineer
As a Junior AI Deep Learning Engineer, you will be responsible for assisting in the development and implementation of deep learning algorithms and models. Your main focus will be on creating and optimizing neural networks to solve complex problems in the field of artificial intelligence. You will work closely with senior engineers and data scientists to analyze data, design experiments, and implement solutions using cutting-edge technologies. This position is ideal for someone with a strong passion for AI and a desire to learn and grow in a dynamic team environment.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in developing deep learning algorithms and models
- Work with large datasets to analyze, preprocess, and prepare data for training
- Collaborate with senior engineers to design experiments and implement solutions
- Optimize neural networks to improve performance on various tasks
- Stay up-to-date with latest developments in deep learning and artificial intelligence technologies
- Contribute ideas for new projects and features
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field (Master's preferred)
- Strong understanding of machine learning fundamentals
- Knowledge of deep learning techniques such as CNNs, RNNs, GANs
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or Java
- Familiarity with popular deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with natural language processing (NLP) techniques
- Knowledge of computer vision algorithms
- Familiarity with cloud computing platforms such as AWS or Google Cloud
- Experience working with large-scale datasets
- Strong understanding of linear algebra, calculus, and statistics
Location: Svalbard (with accommodation provided)
Salary: $1800/month (negotiable based on experience)
