Painter

As a Painter, you will be responsible for preparing and painting surfaces in residential and commercial buildings in Svalbard. Your main duties will include determining the appropriate type of paint to use, mixing colors to achieve desired shades, and applying paint using various techniques such as rolling, brushing, or spraying. You will also be responsible for preparing surfaces by scraping, sanding, and priming as well as cleaning up your work area after completing a job. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in painting and a strong attention to detail. You must also be physically fit and able to work on ladders or scaffolding for extended periods of time. This is a full-time position with accommodation provided. We welcome applicants of all nationalities who have their own visa to work in Svalbard.
