We are currently seeking a skilled Plasterer to join our team in Svalbard, Norway. In this role, you will be responsible for applying plaster to interior and exterior walls and ceilings of buildings. The ideal candidate will have experience working with various types of plaster, including traditional lime and gypsum-based materials. Experience with decorative plasterwork is also preferred.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare surfaces for plastering by cleaning, leveling, and smoothing
- Mix and apply plaster using hand or machine tools
- Create decorative finishes such as stucco or ornamental designs
- Repair cracks and holes in existing plaster
- Ensure proper adhesion of plaster to surfaces
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work area

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Plasterer or in a related role
- Proficient in working with various types of plaster materials
- Attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality finishes
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor for extended periods of time
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Valid visa for working in Norway (sponsorship available)
- Available for immediate start
