A reputable construction company in Svalbard is seeking a skilled Plasterboard Worker to join our team. As a Plasterboard Worker, you will be responsible for installing and repairing plasterboard walls, ceilings, and partitions in both residential and commercial buildings. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in plasterboard installation, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team. This is a full-time position with a salary of $1600 per month.

Key Responsibilities:
- Measure and cut plasterboard to fit specific spaces
- Install plasterboard panels on walls and ceilings using screws or adhesives
- Repair damaged or cracked plasterboard
- Apply tape and jointing compound to seal joints between panels
- Sand down rough areas and apply finishing coats of paint or texture
- Follow safety protocols and wear protective gear when necessary

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Plasterboard Worker
- Knowledge of different types of plasterboard materials and their uses
- Ability to read blueprints and follow building plans
- Strong attention to detail and good hand-eye coordination
- Physical stamina and strength for lifting heavy materials and working on ladders or scaffolding

Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience working in both residential and commercial settings
- Completion of an apprenticeship program or technical training in plastering/finishing
- Good communication skills
- Valid work permit for Svalbard (visa sponsorship available for qualified candidates)
