We are a manufacturing company in Svalbard seeking a skilled Finisher/Assembler to join our team. As a Finisher, you will be responsible for completing the final stages of production on various products. This includes sanding, polishing, and applying coatings to ensure a high-quality finish. You will also be expected to assemble and package finished products according to specifications. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
- Sand, polish, and apply coatings to finished products
- Assemble and package finished products according to specifications
- Inspect products for quality and make necessary adjustments
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work area
- Follow safety protocols at all times

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a finishing or assembly role preferred but not required
- Ability to work with hand tools and power tools
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Good physical stamina as this role requires standing for long periods of time
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Must be able to communicate effectively in English

Salary:
Starting salary for this position is $1800 per month.
