Industrial Alpinist - Svalbard

As an industrial alpinist in Svalbard, you will be responsible for performing various tasks at great heights, often in difficult and challenging environments. Your main responsibilities will include conducting inspections, carrying out repairs and maintenance work, and installing and dismantling equipment or structures. You must be physically fit and able to use specialized climbing techniques and equipment to access the work site.

To be successful in this role, you must have prior experience as an industrial alpinist, preferably in the oil and gas industry. You should also hold a valid biometric passport and be willing to travel for work. A strong understanding of safety protocols and procedures is essential to ensure your own safety as well as the safety of those around you.

This is a contract job with a salary of $1000 per week. As such, you must be able to work independently and be self-motivated with excellent time management skills. This role also requires a high level of physical endurance, so candidates must be physically fit and able to work in extreme weather conditions.
