Job Title: Heavy Equipment Operator

We are hiring a skilled Heavy Equipment Operator to join our team in Svalbard. In this role, you will be responsible for operating heavy equipment such as bulldozers, excavators, and loaders to complete various construction or mining projects. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in operating heavy equipment and a valid visa to work in Svalbard.

Responsibilities:
- Operate heavy equipment safely and efficiently according to project requirements
- Perform routine maintenance on equipment to ensure proper functioning
- Follow safety guidelines and protocols at all times
- Communicate with team members and supervisors on project progress
- Keep accurate records of equipment usage and maintenance performed
- Troubleshoot any issues with the equipment and report any necessary repairs

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Heavy Equipment Operator
- Valid visa to work in Svalbard
- Ability to operate various types of heavy equipment, including bulldozers, excavators, and loaders
- Knowledge of safety protocols and procedures for operating heavy equipment
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well within a team
- Physically fit and able to work in outdoor environments for extended periods of time
- Willingness to work full-time with occasional overtime as needed

Salary: $1000/month (negotiable based on experience)
