Architecture Manager

As an Architecture Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the design and construction of buildings in Svalbard. You will work closely with clients, architects, and construction teams to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to design specifications. Your duties will include managing project timelines and budgets, conducting site visits, coordinating with local authorities and contractors, and ensuring compliance with building codes and regulations. Additionally, you will be responsible for managing a team of architects and providing mentorship and guidance to junior members. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in architecture and project management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work well under pressure. This is a full-time position that offers a salary of 1600$ per month.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in architecture or construction management
- Strong project management skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Knowledge of building codes and regulations in Svalbard
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Previous experience managing a team is preferred

Responsibilities:

- Oversee the recruitment of new team members as needed
