The ideal candidate for this position will have a passion for coffee and customer service, and be able to work in a fast-paced environment. As a Barista, you will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of hot and cold beverages, as well as light snacks and pastries. You must have excellent communication skills to interact with customers and provide exceptional service. Previous experience in a similar role is preferred, but not required. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1700$. Accommodation is not provided, so the candidate must be able to find their own housing in Svalbard.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages according to company standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work area
- Take customer orders accurately and process payments
- Provide friendly and efficient customer service
- Assist with inventory management and restocking supplies as needed
- Follow health and safety guidelines at all times
